At Connect Electrical Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, our straightforward "no quibble" policy has you covered.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Notify Us
Before returning any goods, you must contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns sent without prior notification may face delays in processing.
3. Return Shipping
All returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or "signed for" service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
4. Restocking Fee
If an item is being returned because it is no longer required (and is not faulty or damaged), it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection and processing and will be deducted from your final refund.
